The brand that started it all, Elevation™ has been the flagship product of Melton Trading Co. since our launch in 2015. Elevation™ is grown on the shaded hillsides of Honduras in the cloud forests of Santa Bárbara Department, far away from any hussle and bussle of urban life. This top-quality coffee is hand-picked by local Honduran workers and roasted in small batches before packaging to ensure the absolute best flavor for our customers’ discerning palates.

First introduced in 2019, dᵉcaf™ is cultivated in the mountains of Honduras and hand-picked by local workers to select only the premium beans for roasting. These premium beans then undergo the Swiss Water® Process, which removes the caffeine through a healthy, chemical-free process to preserve the incredible flavor while leaving the beans 99.9% caffeine-free.
