Cultivated and hand-picked in the mountains of Honduras, our dᵉcaf™ coffee is hand-sorted by local workers to select only the premium beans for roasting.  These beans then undergo the Swiss Water® Process, which removes the caffeine through a healthy, chemical-free process to preserve the incredible flavor while leaving the beans 99.9% caffeine-free.
