Our original medium roast coffee is a true delight for the discerning palate – rich and silky smooth with delightful undertones of chocolate. High-grown in the mountains of western Honduras, our beans are hand-cultivated to ensure the greatest quality and flavor. Roasted in small batches, we are able to closely monitor the entire process in a way that mass production never can. Unlike other coffees, Elevation leaves no bitter aftertaste and provides a smooth drinking experience from start to finish.

My sister brought a bag home from IHC and presented it to us at our weekly Family Sunday Lunch. I made a large pot of coffee and of us coffee drinkers declared it as excellent (my sis doesn’t drink coffee). Since the lunch was at my house that day, the coffee stayed with me and it was gone by the next Sunday!! 🙂 So, I bought more. I especially like that there is no bitter aftertaste.
